Standing Rules
1. Annual dues are $10.00, and are due by January 1st of each year.
2. Rally fee will not be refunded after registration deadline unless rally host deems it appropriate.
3. Children or grandchildren of chapter members may be charged a reduced rally fee until their 13th birthday.
4. Guests may participate in rally activities and meals, normal rally fees will apply.
5a. Checks will be signed exclusively by president, vice president, or treasurer. Any check over $500.00 will require two signatures.
5b. Members will not commit the chapter to any expenditure without prior approval. Approval must come from a vote by members (quorum required) during a scheduled business meeting. The expenditure is not to exceed the amount approved by the membership.
5c. The chapter chaplain is authorized to spend up to $125.00 for funeral-related expenses such as flowers or charity donations. This is limited to Carolina Rambler members and their children. If the anticipated expenditure exceeds the $125.00 limit, verbal approval must be given by the chapter president.
5d. A minimum balance of $1,500.00 shall be maintained in the checking account.
6. Name tags should be worn at chapter rallies The sheriff may collect $1.00 from any member who neglects to wear one. Monies collected will go to future social events.
7. National director may receive the rally fee for international rallies when they represent our chapter, unless compensated by FMCA.
8. Rally attendees who wish to park together at C.R. rallies should inform the camp ground when making their reservations. For International rallies they must arrive together.
